Story

Maisha Developments comprises of three modern and bold housing developments; Maisha Mapya , Maisha Makao and Maisha Mema. The developments are unique in the Kenyan housing market and offer a superb quality standard of living at exceptional value. As part of the larger 400-acre Tilisi development residents twill benefit from the world class infrastructure and amenities and a modern, secure and desirable place to live.

Our Role

We committed to helping Maisha achieve their full potential through effective brand development and marketing. Our goal was to ensure that we could communicate Maisha Developments location as a strong selling point compared to the rest of Nairobi’s housing market.

We did this by developing fun and engaging messaging that showcased all the advantages of living at Maisha in its amazing calm serene environment and comparing these to the hustle, bustle and pollution of Nairobi.

We also provided standard marketing services, created visually stunning print materials such as brochures, and flyers, developed artwork for ATL advertising including Billboards and built a professional, modern, and user-friendly website.
