Located just 30 kms from Nairobi CBD, Tilisi is a 400 acre master-planned and mixed use development that has been designed and built from inception to incorporate the highest possible standards.

Situated in Tigoni, the beauty, greenery, accessibility, convenience make Tilisi the ultimate address and an ideal location to invest in future homes and businesses.

Our Role

Designed as a 15-minute city, with the aim of improving people's quality of life, Tilisi brought us in to effectively communicate this concept to its future residents. Understanding the significance of this concept, we embarked on a comprehensive communication strategy that highlighted the convenience and accessibility of the development. Through captivating visuals and engaging storytelling, we showcased the seamless integration of residential, commercial, and recreational areas, all within a short distance. We emphasized the meticulously planned infrastructure, including efficient transportation networks, green spaces, and essential amenities, which contributed to a vibrant and sustainable community. By effectively conveying the concept of a 15-minute city, we successfully communicated the developer's commitment to enhancing people's daily lives, fostering a sense of belonging, and creating an environment where everything is within reach.
