Story

Previously known as Unreasonable Institute EA, Shona is a small company with a big idea, growing good sustainable businesses in East Africa. With a young vibrant team and a unique perspective on how to engage with its clients, Shona provides Business Advisory and Business Training to help SME’s grow revenues and become profitable businesses. Together with a network of industry experts they work with businesses to drive revenue growth, profitability and investment.

Our Role

Our agency embarked on a transformative journey to rebrand and position a business incubator as a dynamic and inclusive hub that seamlessly combined fun, professionalism, and accessibility.

Our process played a pivotal role in defining the brand ethos company. We began by conducting in-depth interviews and workshops with key stakeholders, including the incubator's leadership team, employees, and clients, to gain a comprehensive understanding of their values, mission, and aspirations. Through this collaborative approach, we were able to distill the essence of Shona’s purpose and develop a clear and inspiring brand ethos.

Recognising the need for a fresh identity, we conducted comprehensive market research and with this insight, we crafted a vibrant rebranding strategy that encompassed a modern logo, an energetic color palette, and a cohesive visual language that resonated with our target audience of aspiring entrepreneurs.
